Shipping and Handling charge is $8.50 per order for the continental USA except Alaska and Hawaii. Alaska and Hawaii are $27.50. International shipping is $40.00. Customer is responsible for duties and taxes. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient.

SightMart DOES NOT accept returns without a RMA #. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a description
of the problem and be sure to include your order number. All return items must be sent signature required. Please note these exceptions:
Special Order Items: Products that we do not ordinarily stock are not returnable.
Due to state food, health, and safety laws, SightMart cannot accept returns on items used on the body, for food preparation, or for medicine preparation.
Shortages or errors in shipments must be reported within 7 days of invoice date to issue credit (if applicable).
We work with all state and federal law enforcement agencies in EVERY instance of credit
card and mail fraud.
When an order is submitted, an email confirmation is automatically sent confirming that SightMart has received the order. Processing of the order begins by the next business day (Monday through Friday). Processing an order requires checking inventory, pulling stock, packaging, labeling and shipping. Processing may vary depending on the size and type of order.
Although some orders are processed the same day they are received, most are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt. When processing is completed, the customer account is charged and the order is in the delivery stage. Normal UPS delivery is usually 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday only), depending on destination.
